CEO E-Submission
Upload electronic files through the Competition Enforcement Office E-Submission SharePoint Facility
The CEO E-Submission Facility is an Online Facility SharePoint where entities may upload electronic copies of their document submissions in compliance with the requests or issuances of the CEO.
Please refer to Annex A for a step-by-step guide on uploading documents via the PCC SharePoint Facility.
Please refer to Annex B on instructions for using the PCC Client Appointment System (“PCAS”).
Please refer to the Request Form to request access to the CEO E-Submission Facility.
Please note that hard copies of submitted documents shall be submitted within five (5) calendar days from electronic filing. To submit hard copies, appointment must be made via PCAS at least two (2) working days in advance.
